Rates bookable up to 30 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability, rate is available for a maximum of 22 rooms. Once this number of rooms has been reached, all additional rooms will be at the public rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in full 7 days prior to arrival. No cancellation charge applies up to 7 days prior to arrival 18h00 (NZ time). Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
