To submit a request please select ‘add to quote’ from either the search results of hotels that have been displayed or the individual hotel page. 

Yes, you are able to send up to 3 hotels your proposal request at one time. Simply add them to the quote and it will send to the hotels you have selected.

Once an RFP is sent you can’t remove it, please contact the hotel directly on the details located on the hotel page if you do not wish to proceed with the proposal. 

If you have not sent the quote, you are able to remove it by selecting ‘remove’ in the my requests page or the hotel page

It is Accor’s policy for an RFP to be responded to in 24 hours. Due to the current COVID environment we do ask for your patience if this timeframe is slightly increased

Please utilise the request tool by selecting multiple hotels so we can make the process streamlined for you. It is our recommendation that you ensure your ALL Meeting Planner number is on the request so the hotel can recognise you with the appropriate benefits. If you are not a current ALL Meeting Planner, please visit (insert meeting planner page) and sign up to receive benefits for using multiple Accor properties for your event.

Please contact the hotel directly that event was held at on the contact information provided either on the event contract or the hotel page on this website. The events team will be able to assist in quickly having your missing points rectified.

Are 3 main partners are Encore, Audio Visual Dynamics and AV Partners. 

Some of our hotels own and operate their own AV equipment. In all cases the hotel will provide you with the right contact and solution based on the requirements for your event.

Where WIFI is available our network of hotels that specialise in meetings and events will offer WIFI. There may be some circumstances in regional locations that this may vary. Please check with the hotel when receiving your proposal.

The requirements will vary based on the size and scale of the event that is required. For a basic Hybrid meeting the requirement is 40mbps.

Accor gives guidelines for terms and conditions however as a management company, each hotel does work under the guidance of their own legal teams. Whilst we endeavour to keep the contracting process as simple as possible, you will find some variations between hotel contracts.
