Rooms are bookable subject to availability up until 22 September 2022 (7 days prior to the commencement of your event). After this date rooms will be on offer at public rates, depending on availability. Full accommodation amount for the stay is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking, and the below cancellation/refund policies apply:

Between 15 September 2022 – 23 September 2022 (14 days – 8 days prior to arrival) - Any bookings cancelled within this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit paid.

Between 22 September 2022 – 29 September 2022 (within 7 days to arrival date) - Any bookings cancelled within this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid.
