The Novotel Auckland Airport will provide you with details of your tentative booking in writing. In order to confirm your booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the estimated event charge, (including all accommodation, food and beverage, room and equipment hire).
This deposit of 20% must be paid to the Hotel within seven (7) working days of making your tentative booking. The Hotel may require payment of the deposit within 48 hours if other tentative bookings are received 7 days prior to arrival: The balance of the estimated total to be received. Please note if credit has not been established with the hotel we do require credit card details on file for any incidental or additional charges.
Post event payment: Where credit facilities have not been established with the hotel, the balance of any incidental charges are to be settled to the nominated credit card on file within 48 hours post event.
