Parking & Transport information

Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport & Novotel Auckland Airport

Valet parking at the Pullman is available for $69.00 per 24 hours (limited space)

In a further step to improve the traveller journey experience at Auckland Airport, a world-class Transport Hub is underway adjacent to the International Terminal. Due to the ongoing development works within to the Airport precinct, the Hotel is unable to offer any parking. The Hotel forecourt is available for pick-up and drop-off only. It is recommended to Pre-Book a parking Space via the Auckland Airport Website by clicking this link.

Transport:

  • Domestic Airport – The Inter-Terminal bus travels every 15 minutes between the two terminals. Please refer to the link for more details: https://www.aucklandairport.co.nz/transport/inter-terminal-bus
  • City Services – The SkyDrive Airport Express leaves every 30 minutes into the City and stops at Sky City. Please refer to the link for more details: https://www.skydrive.co.nz

ibis Budget Auckland Airport

Parking is free outside Ibis Budget Auckland Airport - subject to availability.

The Yellow Bus service is available on a schedule 24/7 for $8 per person from the terminal to the hotel, and $6 per person from the hotel to the terminal (children under 12 years of age travel for free).

At the terminals, there is a ticket machine where you can purchase a ticket before getting onto the bus. To catch the bus back to the airport from the hotel, please see reception to purchase a ticket or use the ticket machine in the lobby.

Where to find the bus:

  • International Terminal - The Yellow Bus has a dedicated bus stop inside the Transport Hub – signage for “HOTEL BUS” at bus stop ‘D’, which is on the first/closest row to the terminal.

Passengers should walk out of Door 4, across the pedestrian crossing, and into the hub. Then walk along the first row, until they get to Bus Stop D at the end. Ticket machines will also be relocated by the bus stop (a little before the actual bus stop).

  • Domestic Terminal – Please exit door No.3 and locate the Park & Ride bus stop marked with signage.
