Le Salon Rouge

Thursday-Monday 2pm - late

Taking its cue from Prohibition Era speakeasy supper clubs, Le Salon Rouge is ‘secretly’ situated within the hotel. The style is reminiscent of the speakeasies, featuring rich reds and velvet décor throughout, complemented by soft candle lighting. Pride of place are eight signature cocktails, each of which have a dedicated story associated with them. The Prospecting Dream draws on Queenstown’s gold rush history featuring gold dust in the cocktail. Queenstown’s founder, William Rees, is immortalised in Ain’t Misbehaving. It is believed his drink of choice when working late was coffee, brought to him by gold prospectors as his favourite pick-me-up drink. Locally made gins take centre stage in the selection, featuring favourites such as Scapegrace, Wild Diamond and Broken Heart. Complementing the cocktail offerings is a menu featuring grazing plates, charcuterie, snacks and New Zealand cheeses.

Jervois Steak House

Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-late

Jervois Steak House, delivers a new level of modern, upscale cuisine and entertainment. Showcasing the highest pedigree of New Zealand beef and lamb, JSH also presents daily seafood and vegetarian options.
