  • P27 GOVERNOR BOURKE BALLROOM

    The Governor Bourke Ballroom is the largest venue space available at Q Station, holding up to 200 people theatre style and 128 people cabaret. The space features high ceilings, and dark timber floors with stunning blue panned walls. It has breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and is flooded with natural light from the many original window fixtures around the room. The space also features a large verandah for guests to immerse themselves into the national park and experience the views of Sydney’s incredible Harbour.

  • P16

    Located on the green rolling hill in the centre of Q Stations national park site, P16 is flooded with natural light and views of Sydney Harbour. Seeking a private, retreat-style experience P16 is the perfect space for this. With its own verandah, this room provides conference groups with the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air and experience the nature of Q. P16 holds up to 80 people theatre style and 56 people cabaret, the space also has outdoor seating for conferences to immerse themselves into Q.

  • P15

With its own verandah, this room provides conference groups with the perfect place to enjoy some fresh air and experience the nature of Q. P15 holds up to 80 people theatre style and 56 people cabaret, making it one of the larger space available to conferencing groups. This room is also often used as a breakout room for P16.

  • A20- Dining room

    A20, is a large space for groups often used as a dining space for both cocktail and banquet-style functions. The room features a long verandah which overlooks the bushland and glimpses of the harbour. The room’s high ceilings and an array of windows provide a light and open space. A20 also features an anteroom which has recently been refurbished to bring up the original wooden floorboards and is the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks and canapés.

  • A2 DR CUMPSTON ROOM

    The Dr Cumpston Room holds up to 120 people theatre style and 72 people cabaret. The large space features original wooden floorboards and displays heritage artifacts of crockery and kitchenware from first, second and third class in cabinets around the room. The room features double projection screens with an outdoor breakout space which showcases the incredible Sydney harbour views of Q Station. Directly across from this meeting space is A28, a break-out space often used for morning and afternoon tea.

  • H1 & H2 NURSE FORD ROOMS

    The Manly Cove rooms are the most premium spaces available, holding up to 90 people theatre-style, 60 people classroom, and 56 people cabaret. The rooms have recently been refurbished, with bright walls and natural light and provide an amazing view of Sydney Harbour, Manly and the CBD. There is also an abundance of outdoor space for casual breakout groups or catering. Manly Cove rooms are a multi-purpose space, as they can be used for private dining, cocktail functions, conferences, and weddings. The outdoor space provides the perfect area for team-building activities to take place while overlooking the stunning harbour.
