For more than 20 years Novotel Tainui Hamilton has been the leading hotel venue in the Waikato and has continued to offer exceptional quality and service to its guests. This experience has allowed the hotel to build great expertise in organizing meetings and events. The hotel has recently (late 2021) undergone a major refurbishment of the conference areas transforming them into contemporary spaces with state of the art technology and culturally influenced artwork.
COVID-19 PROTECTION FRAMEWORK
As restrictions in Hamilton and across the country are evolving at a rapid pace, the hotel has adapted its offering to ensure we are able to host events at any of the government protection framework levels. We have introduced the below initiatives to ensure your delegates well being is at the forefront of all that we do -
- We are maintaining minimum 1 metre physical distancing from one another around the property, and will do so with you as well while on site.
- Hygiene and cleanliness are of utmost importance in keeping us all healthy. You will be shown the closest washroom facilities, and hand sanitizer will be provided in the meeting room.
- In addition, please be assured our team is wiping down high touch points around the hotel on a regular and frequent basis throughout the day.
