POOL: Our 20-metre outdoor pool is a delightful place to swim laps or laze in the shade, and is heated year-round for your comfort. It also features a disability access lift. Opening hours 6am-9pm.

GYM: When you need to be more active or keep up with your regular fitness or health routine, our fully equipped gym and zen terrace give you room to stretch and re-energise.Open 24 hour.

CARPARKING: There are limited onsite secure underground parking spaces available at $35 per car per 24-hour period (self-parking). This carpark’s height limit is 2.3 metres, and is accessible by lifts from the hotel lobby.

Spaces are subject to availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve carpark spaces and it is on a first-come first-served basis.

In the event that the onsite carpark does fill, we have negotiated a discount for hotel guests at the nearby Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) carpark. This is located a short 5 minute walk (2 minute drive) just 230m from the hotel and is at a discounted rate of $28 per car per 24 hour period.

Guests are able to unload their cars in the Novotel driveway using the Porter’s Trolley’s available, check in and store their bags at the hotel, and then self-park in the nearby BCEC for the duration of their stay. To redeem this discounted offer, please present BCEC entry ticket to the reception team and they will be able to provide the discounted exit ticket.
