In October 2023, Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa had the pleasure of hosting the Coca-Cola New Zealand conference and incentive group, welcoming 405 delegates for a four-day event. The property underwent a remarkable transformation, with various areas customized for Coca-Cola's exclusive use. Every detail of the experience was designed to highlight the Coca-Cola brand and create memorable moments for the attendees.

The event kicked off with an extraordinary Awards Night in the Grand Ballroom, where guests were treated to pre-dinner drinks in the lobby, live entertainment, and a three-course dinner. The night also featured vibrant Fijian cultural performances, enhancing the atmosphere with local flavor. Each day offered unique touchpoints, including personalized welcome gifts in guest rooms and refrigerators stocked with complimentary Coca-Cola products at the end of each accommodation wing. On the final evening, Sofitel Fiji transformed Waitui Beach Club into a private Coca-Cola-branded beach party. The club was decorated in Coca-Cola’s iconic red and white colors, with a DJ booth set up by the infinity pool to create an exciting pool party ambiance. The evening featured live DJs, interactive food stations offering everything from wood fired pizzas to custom grill options, and a live crepe station, ensuring that the event was as much about the culinary experience as the entertainment.

Client Brief and Hotel Delivery:

Coca-Cola NZ aimed to create a luxurious "private island beach club" vibe. Sofitel Fiji brought this vision to life by transforming the Waitui Beach Club into an exclusive, branded retreat, complete with vibrant Coca-Cola-themed décor. The hotel expertly balanced laid-back luxury with high-energy entertainment, crafting a seamless blend of relaxation, celebration, and immersive experiences tailored to the client’s expectations.
