CONFERENCING WITH A COASTAL VIBE
For new enquiries that confirm a conference held 5 January 2026 to 15 December 2026*, the following inclusions apply:
- Welcome Amenity: Hotel in room/welcome amenity offered to 10% of the booked group rooms to master account
- Complimentary Room: One complimentary room for every 25 paid rooms (up to a maximum of 5 rooms per night)
- Complimentary Room Upgrade: One complimentary room type upgrade to the next available room type for every 25 rooms booked (up to a maximum of 5 rooms per night)
