Cancellation Policy: Rates are subject to availability. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified. No cancellation or booking change charge applies until 7 days, 18:00 (local time) prior to arrival, there after amount due not refundable.

Credit Card Payment Charge: A surcharge of 2% will apply to all credit card payments made at the hotel. Cash or Eftpos will not incur a surcharge. Upon arrival, you may be asked for a cash bond or credit card pre-authorization to cover accommodation and incidental charges.

Guarantee Policy: Booking must be guaranteed by providing a credit card.
