Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Check-in Policy

The room is available from 14:00.

Check-out Policy

The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

Children Policy

Accommodation and breakfast are free for 2 children under 11 years sharing parents' room.

Special term for Children

Minors under 18 must be with those who exercise parental authority.

Package Inclusions

Enjoy a romantic getaway! Find a bottle of wine and a romantic gift (welcome fruits or sweet amenity) in room upon arrival. Guaranteed late check-out until 2pm.

Credit Card Payment Charge

Credit card payments relating to New Zealand hotels incur a merchant service fee of 2 PCT in addition to the total amount payable. Prepaid rates are excluded from the merchant fee.
