Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival (by 18:00 local time).

Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Credit Card Payment Charge: A surcharge of 2% will apply to all credit card payments made at the hotel. Cash or Eftpos will not incur a surcharge. Payment due on arrival.
