- Guarantee and Deposit: When making a reservation, a deposit for one night’s stay is required to secure your booking. Please ensure this deposit is paid before 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made directly with us. Your reservation will be guaranteed once the deposit is received.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for the room nights booked will be settled by the guests on the day of departure.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, will incur a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation.
- Booking Restrictions: No reservations are to be taken prior to 27 October 2025
