Pre-Payment Policy
All reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking
Security Bond
Credit card & Photo ID in the guest name will need to be presented on check in for the security bond of $200.00 per room. If paying the security bond by cash or debit card the security bond of $400.00 per room will be required.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 30 days prior to arrival. Any bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Beyond that time, no refund will be offered.
Check in Policy
The room is available from 14:00
Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by 10:00 at the latest
Children Policy
Accommodation and buffet breakfast are free for two children under the age of 16 staying in their parents' or grandparents' room using exisiting beddng and having breakfast as a family.
Credit Card Payment Charge
Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.4% in addition to the total amount payable.
