Minimum 28 guests excluding bride and groom.

The function event order must be signed and returned to the conference coordinator no later than Fourteen (14) business days prior to the event commencing.

Full prepayment required 7 days prior.

Host responsibility limits apply.

Event Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing and the following terms are applicable;

Event Cancellation Policy (Total Event)

a. 90 days or more prior to arrival, a cancellation equal to 20% of the estimated total revenue will apply.

b. 60-89 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the estimated total revenue will apply.

c. 29-59 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 60% of the estimated total revenue will apply.

d. 8-30 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the estimated revenue will apply.

e. 7 days or less, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the estimated total revenue will apply.
