Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Check in Policy The room is available from 15:00.

Check out Policy The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 30 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the 100% of the first night will be charged and 14 days out prior to arrival 100% of the total stay is non-refundable.

Rates are room only basis

Children Policy

Free accommodation and breakfast for child(ren) under 12 y. sharing the parents' room (by using existing bedding, or if the room is large enough, a crib or a rollaway bed) having breakfast as a family.

Credit Card Payment Charge

Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.4 PCT in addition to the total amount payable. Prepaid rates are excluded from the merchant fee.

These special rates are valid for stays between 23 August and 26 August 2026. Should you require accommodation outside of these dates, we would be pleased to extend a preferred rate, which can be arranged at the time of booking.
